9:30 am class times are moved to 9:45 am in winter to help with parking.
Aquafit classes are held year-round in local indoor heated pools with fully certified instructors.
Sessions normally start Sep., Jan., Apr., and Jul. but you may join anytime.
Pools used are located in private homes. Directions will be given when you register.
Weather Cancellations:
No classes when Ottawa school buses are cancelled due to weather.
