Registering for Recreation Programs:

ONLINE:
In your browser visit www.ottawa.ca and select Online services, then 123 Go Register to sign up for a recreation course. Have your credit card (Visa/MasterCard), Family PIN*, Individual Number* and course number ready.

TOUCH TONE TELEPHONE:
Phone 613-580-2588. Have your credit card (Visa/MasterCard), Family PIN*, Individual Number* and course number ready.

IN PERSON:
Visit a Recreation Facility identified in the Recreation Guide or any Client Service Centre (Tuesdays Metcalfe CSC or Thursdays North Gower CSC). Bring your Family PIN*, Individual Number* and course number. Payments are accepted by cash, cheque (payable to City of Ottawa), debit card, Visa or MasterCard.

* To obtain your Family PIN and Individual Number, call 613-580-2588 or use the PIN lookup tool.
