Pat Moore is an engaging, warm performer whose songs will take you on a musical journey with her unique blend of roots and country music. Together with Pat McLaughlin (guitars, mandolin, vocals) and Ann Downey (bass, vocals) they will fill the hall with beautiful harmonies, and skilled and tasteful instrumental breaks. With her strong clear voice, Pat pours her heart and soul into her music.

Her much acclaimed debut album The Time has Never Been Better has been followed up with a heart and soul wrenching country album, Take it to Heart.

About Suzie Vinnick or hover here to read Suzie Vinnick has 10 Maple Blues Awards, 3 Juno Nominations, was a Finalist in the 2013 International Blues Challenge Solo/Duo Category in Memphis, TN. She won the 2012 CBC Saturday Night Blues Great Canadian Blues Award and the 2012 SIRIUS/XM Blues Artist of the Year. She released Live At Bluesville, a collection of roots, blues and gospel tunes featuring her parlour guitar, Mabel.

In 2011, her first solo acoustic blues album Me 'n' Mabel charting for seven weeks on B. B. King's Bluesville "Picks to Click" reaching number three. The album received a 2012 Juno Nomination and opened many doors for her including numerous US and international performances.

Live At Bluesville features Suzie and her parlour guitar, Mabel, and will appeal to fans of her album Me 'n' Mabel and her earlier, roots-music based album, Happy Here.

About Tyler Kealey or hover here to read Tyler Kealey is a versatile singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, With influences like Elton John and Supertramp, his energy, talent, and story-telling ability have made him a favourite within the Ottawa music scene.

In addition to performing for a loyal fan base as part of Ottawa's popular Duelling Pianos show, Tyler's original music is another step forward, crafting meaningful and emotional songs while still injecting energy into every performance.

A few performance highlights include a six city tour of China, opening for Metric at Ottawa Bluesfest (2011), and playing at the Cornwall Lift-off Festival (2012). More recently Tyler has played shows atthe Black Sheep Inn (Wakefield), the Horseshoe Tavern (Toronto), the Neat Cafe (Burnstown), and opened a sold out show for the Barstool Prophets in Ottawa.

His album, And Somehow I Fell Upon This Place, is a journey from the dark to the light, a story dipping into emotion and intensity that's both haunting and hopeful. Recorded at Operation Northwoods with renowned producer Darryl Neudorf, the songs range from gritty to smooth and incorporate pop piano with an indie rock sound.

About Lynn Miles or hover here to read Lynn Miles is one of Canada's most accomplished singer/songwriters with ten albums to her credit including the stark Unravel, winning Miles a 2003 Juno Award for Roots & Traditional solo album of the year and Love Sweet Love earning her multiple Canadian Folk Music awards (best English songwriter, best contemporary singer).

Her album Slightly Haunted, was a Billboard magazine Top 10 pick for the year, while Unravel was praised by All Music Guide as "sounding as if it's been produced by Daniel Lanois in an Appalichian town" and "a diamond in the rough".

Miles recently decided to record a double album of songs, entitled Black Flowers Vol. 1 & 2, both new and old songs, in a simple fashion, accompanying her voice with either solo acoustic guitar or piano. This sparse presentation crystallizes the quality of Lynn's songwriting - highlighting the melody and lyrics in a way that only great songs can be presented. Lynn is finishing up her new album 'Fall for Beauty' and is gearing up for the release this fall. The album will be released in Canada first, available in stores and online, October 12, 2010.

"As director of The Ark acoustic music club in Ann Arbor for forty years from 1968 to 2008, I presented literally thousands of performers, including many wonderful singer-songwriters whose music I now cherish. Of all of these, I find myself listening to the music of Lynn Miles more than that of any other performer who played the club. Her melodies are stunning and I think many of her lyrics are absolute poetry capable of standing alone. If you love good music and you're never really listened to her, you owe it to yourself to do so soon. The point of my writing this is that I can easily say Lynn Miles ranks as my favorite singer-songwriter to have ever played The Ark during my tenure over the last forty years. Flat out my favorite.
