The Dueling Pianos are: Tyler Kealey and David Kalil on two sets of ivories, with guitarist Todd Huckabone acting as referee. Each unique show features an endless series of classic hits spanning decades of popular music. You’ll hear blistering guitar and piano solos, three part harmonies and random impromptu comedic moments. Their show has been a favourite in the Ottawa area for over 15 years.
Tyler Kealey is a singer/songwriter with infectious energy, impressing audiences with piano flourishes and dynamic vocals ranging from soft and smooth to a gritty rock tone.
Dave Kalil, pianoman, has been entertaining audiences in Ottawa and across Canada since 1976. His debut CD, "Hole in the Universe", was produced in New York with great musicians like Gary Burke (drummer with Joe Jackson, Bob Dylan), Hugh MacDonald (bass player for Bon Jovi) and John Platania (guitarist with Van Morrison). Dave's infectious enthusiasm for entertaining rubs off on audiences wherever he plays!
Todd Huckabone is an integral part of the Dueling Pianos show - a great acoustic guitarist and vocalist.
